If you offerred routine breastfeeding checkup, during first week, which
day would it be? At this point in my facility it would have to be an
office visit. Home visits not available yet. I am thinking day 4, you
could handle engorgement or offer anticipatory guidance, evaluate nipple
soreness if any, you could see if output was increasing and stools
changing. What would you all suggest? Would it be different for a vag
delivery and a csxn?
