Hi Angie,

I would be VERY suspicious of a yeast infection. I too had problems
with sore nipples with no OBVIOUS signs of yeast.

Regarding the eczema on her son, is she sure its eczema? I would ask
her about her use of soap or bubble bath in the bath. This can cause
yeast to grow on the skin wonderfully. My son was very susceptable to
yeast as I also had it. It grew on his legs and looked very itchy and
irritating.

She may want to treat for yeast and see if the problem clears.
