These are very large doses...I would be surprised if this woman can stay 
awake at all!

I would keep nursing and watch for sedation in the infant.  According to the 
latest Hale, only 3% of maternal dose of Zyrtec gets into the milk. 
Benadryl is far more likely to cause drowsiness IF a lot gets into the 
milk...which we do not know. IF the allergist chose Benadryl thinking it is 
safer for breastfeeding, Zyrtec is actually a better choice.

I would also warn her to watch for a decrease in her milk supply.
