To my knowledge, this doesn't happen with plugged ducts. I've seen stringy
looking milk coming out of mothers with plugged ducts or mastitis.

The watery leakage she's describing just sounds like normal leakage to me.

Personally,I see it every day and even some times in the evening, but not
at night-it's dark! ; ) (TIC)>

I can remember the first three months of breastfeeding my son. While he
nursed on one breast, the other leaked like mad, I mean copious amounts of
breastmilk would soak my clothes. So when I went back to work, I carried a
cotton diaper on my shoulder and tried to discreetly tuck it inside my top
(s over the non feeding breast while he nursed. If I couldn't tuck it in,
I'd place it over.

Interestingly, the leakage stopped at the same time the sensation of let
down stopped, around 3 months postpartum. Three years later, I continue to
produce milk but haven't leaked or experienced a let down sensation since.
Can someone explain a correlation between let-down and leaking?

Rob, is your client experiencing let-down sensation before she leaks? Is she
leaking while nursing or between feedings ?
