I believe Gonneke is currently no mail for Lactnet. Her formal "author" name is Carolyn GA van Veldhuisen-Staas, and her superb article on oversupply in the International Breastfeeding Journal is very well referenced. As far as I am concerned she would be an excellent person to field this question, but someone else would have to give her current contact info.
