I swear I just saw an article in the last few weeks, hopefully with a link
from somebody on Lactnet, from a magazine called 'Compounding Pharmacist'
(I think!)  It had to do with how to mix the ingredients for APNO, as well
other other sore nipple causes.  Does anyone else recall seeing this?
