Regarding the twin who is npo with NEC - breastmilk or colostrum would be
the best choice AFTER the 10 days of being npo. They don't say what degree
of nec -blood in stools, air in bowel wall, bowel perforation, etc., but
baby really does need to be npo -some longer than others.  Is Dr. Wight out
there? She would be the best to address this.
