The hands free band I mentioned appears to be a lot simpler to use than
the rubber band setup avaiable from a pump company.

The simplest and least expensive system I have found for pumping 'hands
free' uses two elastic hairbands (rubber bands could also be substituted,
but the ponytail elastics are best). Loop the two together in a 'figure of
eight' and slip one side around the funnel/horn of the breastpump
attachment. Position the funnel over the breast and loop the other side of
the elastic over the bra hook to hold it in place. A simple way to pump
hands free. It really works well and it costs under a dollar.
