32 years ago, I was at a conference for nurses. My friend, a blond woman 
was holding my very blond haired 3 month old. (I have dark hair) He 
slept peacefully in her arms until time to eat . My friend handed over 
baby Keith for me to breastfeed. When several people stared and 
commented my friend said" she's my wet nurse, I bring her everywhere I 
go." Heads turned back to the speaker without another word. We were 
stiffling our giggles. My friend is still a part of my childrens lives. 
It was a special and funny moment that I won't forget. Ann Anderson
