One of the many reasons that a woman needs to learn  hand expression!  Even
if she uses a pump she needs to know how to do massage and finish emptying
the breast by hand.  I think our "breast fixation" culture intimidates
women about "touching" themselves (as in -isn't that perverse? :-(
Actually it is sad.   BTW after a cow is milked by machine her udder is
stripped (finished) by hand (I think-at least that used to be the way it
