The most insulting comment I have heard lately was from a midwife
(unbelievable but true) who commented that natural childbirth and
breastfeeding are "in" now.  "Oh, it's just a fad.  In a few years, the
ladies will be back to medications and bottle-feeding."

I was too shocked to even offer a response.  Geez, I guess breastfeeding
was one mighty long fad that kept the human species alive for thousands
of years...
