Ugh.  Having just read my most recent post about crimes vs torts I feel
compelled to say here in big letters that I AM NOT A LAWYER and do not by
means intend to be giving legal advice.    I meant to be explaining some of my
best understanding of theory only, in the hope that explanation helps people
know what questions they might ask lawyers, who DO give legal advice.   [If
you think LCs practicing without a 'licence' can get in trouble...]
