Somewhere, recently, I came across bfing website that said current day bfing
rates in the US have increased 300% since 19-- (sometime in the last half of
the last century).  Despite my best efforts at bookmarking the site, I lost
that particular bit.  Does anyone recognize this piece of information?  I
think it was in an article by Katie Granju (?).

If anyone can redirect me back to the right spot, I would be very grateful!
