When I had my last child three months ago, my DH and I worked out a code word that if I were to use it, it was his cue to be the "heavy" and throw everyone out.

For some reason, we settled on "Flagpole".  Ha!  It worked, though.  At the point that the visitors were driving me a little batty, I threw it out into the conversation, and he ran them out, including my 3 and 4 year old who went on an adventurous tour of the hospital cafeteria with their labor support person!  Of course, we bailed out after John was born as soon as we could.  And we left, refusing the "gift bag".  In fact, we'd put it into our birth plan that because we supported the Code, we refused any sort of item from a formula company.  Interestingly, the crib card that had John's name and stats, etc, had been cut smaller... they'd cut off the Logo!
