Mother of our patient is incarcerated in a local women's prison.  She is 
pumping  only three times a day for her baby.  Apparently her milk is "nasty 
brown" according to the correctional officer.  Mother states that her milk 
has been like this for all five of her babies.  Mom is addicted to meth.  No 
breast trauma or masses.

They want to know why her milk is brown... won't give it to the baby, want 
her seen by a doctor.  Mom is fighting it, saying it's fine, and normal for 
her.

any thoughts?
