Deena,

In your study of epidural effects on breastfeeding, is there a way you
could measure or observe the degree of breast engorgement (sometimes
labeled "flat nipples") that occurs with these mothers?  That seemed to be
cited as a contributing factor in the breastfeeding difficulties associated
with epidurals in the discussions here last fall.
