I just wanted to share that I wish that adoptive mom the best. It's often
hard though in the military. A close friend who is a single mother of
three was told four weeks postpartum to wean her baby and prepare to spend
a year in Korea unaccompanied by any of her children. It was a sad year.
That youngest is now a first grader and they have sent his mom away again
for another year.
Family friendly - not. She'll be retiring soon at age 38 but she has paid
a dear price.
