I dunno, Kirsten...a special bra JUST for engorgement?!?  Gosh...who's going 
to spend money on that?  And even if they have extra $$$ for a bra they will 
wear for just a couple of weeks during their nursing career, WHEN will these 
moms have time to shop for one?

I think I'll just keep recommending cabbage leaves inside a regular nursing 
bra.  ;~>
