Is there a dentist online that a mother can contact by email.  Her three year
old nursing toddler fell this weekend, chipping the corner of a front tooth.
Dentist is considering doing a pulpotomy under sedation in order to try to
avoid an abscess.
Mother is hesitant to have the child undergo sedation.  Mother would like to
discuss her options before calling the dentist back.  Would breastfeeding
help avoid an abscess?   TIA
