But why?  What was the reason she used it before and was it a valid reason?
 Years ago pitocin nasal spray was the fad Dr's order around here and was
prescribed (thrown at) every kind of lactation difficulty because there
wasn't anybody to diagnose the real problem.  I know it has its place, but
I didn't catch a reason for this woman needing it.
