I recently met with a mother at the WIC clinic who is expecting #2 very
shortly (4/15).  7 yrs ago at the age of 21, she had had silicon breast
implants.  she is well aware of the benes of breastfeeding and would very
much like to even if it's just a partial (should her milk ducts have been
severed enough to not be able to produce sufficiently).  Her greatest concern
is the implants leaking silicon into the milk and her poisoning her baby.
 She is looking for documented info.  Is there any out there that anyone
knows of?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
