I remember seeing an editorial years ago-I think it was from a Toronto
newspaper.  The writer was talking about all the scary studies that were
reported where one substance or another was shown to cause cancer in
rats.  He concluded (TIC) that instead of spending money on all the
other research, what we really needed was to find a sturdier breed of
rats!
