Wonderful that they liked your article so much they want you to do another
one on safety issues.  How about the safety of breastmilk itself (as opposed
to less safe alternatives), e g the anti-bacterials, anti-virals,
anti-fungals it contains, the protective effects against the main killers
(diarrhoea and acute respiratory infections), better hydration status of
exclusively breastfed babies etc etc?  What a wonderful chance you have,
