Just out of curiosity, are these common first foods for anyone out
there? Certainly not in the USA and I can't think of any my friends in
other countries who offered these first .<

Mary, these WERE common first foods in the USA in the 50s, 60s and
70s. Baby food companies made 57 varieties and the (industries' ) aim
was to get your baby to eat as many of them as possible as quickly as
possible.

norma, who was a *poor consumer* and made all of her own babies' food.
