If the baby is breastfeeding well, there is no need to stop
breastfeeding. If the baby is not breastfeeding well, *don't* stop
breastfeeding, but *fix* the breastfeeding.

The mother has the right to say no to "advice". The physician has no
data to suggest that breastmilk jaundice causes any problem for the
baby. On the contrary, the data state otherwise.
