Carolyn, nice to see your mail.
I think night sweats are exceedingly common after having a baby, have no idea
if they are worse because one breastfeeds.  I have been asked many a time
about this and usually say, it's OK and you are not going through the
menopause.  Had one mother who had her doctor running around with all sorts of
tests and then they convinced each other that she was going through the
menopause!

With both of my babies I would wake up bathed in sweat for many weeks, bit of
a bother but accepted it as part and parcel of the tremendous hormonal change
after giving birth.
