Angela posted on a mother with 7 week old babies who feels her supply is
'low'. Babies are growing satisfactorily.
The only thing that strikes me in this post is that there must be a simpler
way than pumping after feeds and giving the previous post-feed pumped milk
by bottle meanwhile. How about just nursing the babies again if they seem
interested shortly after a nursing? If she could take to her bed for a few
days with the babies, the way we recommend to increase supply with
singletons, would it not have the same effect?

I do not have twins myself, but this regimen seems unnecessarily complex
even for twice the number of babies I've had at once. Mothers I have worked
with who BF twins seemed to cope best if it was as simple as possible-- as
do we all! Two babies, one mother, two breasts, no bottles, pumps, herbs,
pills, just breastfeeding.
