 Youa re correct that freezing does not kill yeast... ask any baker who uses
freeze dried yeast! BUT.... at the point that baby gets this milk his or her
immune system should be strong enough for it not to be an issue. we all have
yeast as part of our natual flora... the issue is an overgrowth... so either
use it while you are treating in which case it really is no difference than
breastfeeding directly or after when the immune system is strong and it again
won't really matter.
