Would you be willing to describe what BF USA has to offer in comparison to LLL?  I am wondering what unmet need this new organization serves.  That sounds a lot more antagonistic than I mean it to sound, I have no pre-formed opinions on this issue.  I am just wondering if more moms are getting the help they need or are some moms who would have received support from LLL going to BF USA?

I think this is great if it increases the overall number of moms who are helped but concerning if it reduces the number of moms who go to LLL.
