Sounds like two different processes going on at once. Sounds like you've
got the tough one identified (Raynaud's) Now to find the trauma behind
that.

The other one (the rash) might well be simply a laundry matter. Ruling
out any possible contact dermatitis to laundry products left in her
clothing would be a simple place to begin.

However she does her laundry, she might be encouraged not to crowd if in
a machine, and to use a second rinse containing 1/2 cup of distilled
white vinegar (very inexpensive compared to softeners, etc.).

Can't harm a thing, and has been known to pleasantly surprise many with a
rash.
