I was with an acquaintance once who, when asked by a third party if she had
a natural birth, replied that yes, she had.  I must have looked blankly at
her, knowing that she had had a Cesarean birth.  Her reply..."it was natural
until the C-section."!!!!!!!!

My SIL, after telling her that my baby had been born at home, commented in
all seriousness that I must not have had a Cesarean.  Um...no.
