Hi all!

I got a call from a mom who is due any moment now.  She gets severe
migranes and is in a special treatment program at Johns Hopkins.

Her treatment consists of:

Percoset - prn
Repan CF - prn
Calan - 120 mg. daily (single dose)
Amitriptyline - 25 mg. each evening

She voluntarily discontinued all meds during pregnancy.

Any thoughts on the combination's effects on breastfeeding?
