I don't think I know what you mean. If the odds ratio is .66, we may 
say that there are only 2/3rds as many whatever or 33% fewer.... If this 
were for BF and we want to turn it around to effect for ABM fed, it's 
HALF AGAIN as many, or 50% more. Right?  So what do we subtract the 
odds ratio from? I'm thinking you have something simple but I'm 
missing it.
