What is 99221? We use 99211 which is an office visit -- nurse only -- and
then everything is billed under "Feeding Problem -- INfant" or "Newborn." Of
course, since I work w/ a peds group, that works for us. And since I'm in an
office in my home, the doc never sees them during a visit w/ me. Otherwise
it could be billed at the doc rate if the doc stopped in.
