I've read a couple of posts now comparing different herbal galactogogue
treatments. Traditional Medicinals recently revamped their Mother's Milk Tea
recipe, among other reasons so that it would be all organic herbs. They are
soliciting feedback from the lactation community regarding the effectiveness
of the old version vs the new one. Here are the differences according to
their chief herbal expert:

"Both formulas are based on the traditional combination of aniseed and
fennel fruit, while the old formula also had coriander fruit, blessed
thistle herb and fenugreek seed, the new formula instead has caraway fruit
and stinging nettle herb."

They would probably also be interested in how many cups a day were being
taken, and how long the tea was brewed.

Please send your feedback to: JOSEF BRINCKMANN [[log in to unmask]]
