Hi Valerie,

We use the MOD modules to inservice new hires, along with some one on one
time with a staff LC. March of Dimes recently updated them as of 2000 or 01
I think. The original one by Marie Biancuzzo was top notch. The newer
version has been edited by two other RN professionals, but uses much of
Marie's original work.  My only reservation is the section on nipple
shields. As we LC 's (some) are cautiously reintroducing them into practice,
the module strongly suggests that they are not appropriate. The info is
comprehensive, well written and just long enough for a self learning module.
