Unfortunately, it would seem that Candida is becoming more and more
resistant to fluconazole.  I am now routinely giving 100 mg twice
daily for *at least* two weeks.  Even then, it may take a week for the
mother to *start* feeling better and much longer for the pain to
disappear.  I have treated several mothers 5 or 6 weeks (until one
full week pain free).  However, they can often start feeling better
within a day or two.
