way to say that the transfer would continue to be an issue during the 

additional five days plus two? 
I am not quite sure what this question is asking, but, yes; because of the long half-life of azithromycin, it will take about six to seven days after the last dose to clear the plasma and breast milk.  Until then, there will be the potential for an additional allergic reaction.
