I have personally experienced that situation but it didn't start until my
current nursing baby was at least a year old, not during pregnancy. I
found it to be a form of acne of a sort where you had semi-hard lumps &
on occasion one would hurt. Sometimes one would form just a little pus
such as I have seen on men's faces from shaving their face constantly,
just as we women shave our underarms. At the most I think I had two
lumps on the same side at the same time.

It went away on it's own, probably after at least a minimum of 6 months,
but I did get concerned off & on worried that something more serious was
going on.

I would really like to hear the follow-up for this mother.
