On the question of whether those of you who keep subject files on topics
discussed on LactNet can forward these posts to people who ask for
information on that topic:

I think this is a *great* service to the list members, and hope that
everyone is comfortable with this.  I have given blanket permission to
people who have requested to copy anything I post to whatever source they
want (newsletter, hospital administrator, friend, etc.).  Maybe we should
all think about how we feel about this issue and then let the list know --
or let's assume that we all think is OK, and only those people who are
uncomfortable with this should let the list know.  Maybe some people would
be more comfortable if their name was removed?  Something to think about.
