To clarify - there are two different organizations - both called Healthy Children.  One is associated with the American Academy of Pediatrics.  The other is the Healthy Children's Center for Breastfeeding.  These two organizations are not associated with each other, just as a CLC is not just an IBCLC without the "international" component.

What was lacking in the CDC report was the distinction between clinicians, educators and counselors (both peer counselors and those others).  The tracking should have included all types within a category, rather than just picking one group only out of the counselors and not including educators.
