And what happens if it does? The mother's milk is still specific for her 
human baby. Who says a one year old needs what cow's milk has to give? If 
it has more fat (i am not saying it does or it does not), why would he/she 
need more fat than the amount present in the milk designed for humans?

Breastmilk must be the one substance with more "magical changes" along the 
time: it becomes water at 6 months, less fatty at one year, non-existent at 
2 years, almost poison to babies' psychological  development almost at any 
time... Amazing.
