Hi Kathy,

Just a quick question.  I have had some golden flax seed in a plastic bag in
the refridgerator since February.  I bought it with good intentions after
taking a vegetarian meal class (to make a few meatless meals)and have never
done a thing with it.  Would it still be good?  Do you know the shelf life?
