Perhaps a more useful poster for the writer to have been looking at would 
have been one talking about how breastfeeding should be in the early days 
and where to get help if it's not?

In Australia, at least, there is high initiation and then sudden drop off. 
Many/most/nearly all (not sure of stats) mums seem to already know how & why 
breastfeeding is good, perhaps it's time to make the push about what to 
expect and where to get help.
