I've used LilyPadz, for many of the reasons Morgan mentions.

I have such a high supp;y and such a strong let-down that I slept with bath
towels (not hand towels) wrapped around me until my son was four months old.
When he would nurse on one side, my other breast would shoot milk several
feet, often for minutes at a time. I would soak an entire hand towel each
time I nursed. Applying pressure to the nipple was the only way to keep this
from happening.

LilyPadz were a god-send for me. For the first week. Then they lost their
stick and quit working. I followed all instructions with them, but they were
absolutely worthless within 6 or 7 nights.

I've had quite a few of my readers tell me they had the exact same
experience.

I tell people they're a worthwhile purchase for a special occasion, but not
a good investment if you have a let-down problem. They're too expensive for
how long they appear to last.

Warmly,
Jennifer Laycock
