<<repeated plugged ducts and mastitis with both of her kids>>
could this be oversupply issues? could tx for this help her.?

<<treating this mom and baby for yeast (using the gamut of my protocol)
because I believe that her recurrent plugged ducts are due to yeast>>
If yeast tx does not help, then I would feel it was not yeast. I just have
not seen alot of yeast in my practice, even in hot humid New orleans. Maybe
she has "subclinical mastitis" or recurrent milk stasis leading to
inflammation. This has been discussed recently on lactnet and a very good
Mastitis booklet from WHO I believe addresses this very well. I posted on
this fairly recently.

If she does have cystic breasts, maybe refer to a breast specialist or
surgeon - here agian, I am not real sure what the tx is other than I hear
d/c caffeine helps fibrocystic disease. And lecithin for plugs.
