I second Carla's endorsement of Wolf and Glass.  Great book.  Looking
forward to hearing them in person in a few weeks.  Can't wait.

I am also working on getting together with local community and hospital
HCP's to create a sucking and swallowing clinic for newborns with
sucking issues.  We will likely only do this clinic once a  month but be
able to follow babies in our own bf clinic (and home visits) in between.

Hopefully this will take off and we will have a multidisciplinary group
that can see babies in the first few weeks to get them bf effectively.
Right now it is just in the earliest stages of negotiation. Very
exciting times these.
