I was not implying the stalled weight gain should be ignored, and I  think
it is a reason to  ask questions and observe, *especially* to ensure the
baby's feeding cues are being responded to, and that feeds are not always
marathons without a break of any kind.

Yes - my point, too. This is actually probably far more likely than any
underlying health issue, especially as the baby is developmentally and
otherwise ok (as far as can be ascertained).
