In addition to Amy's great list of suggestions:
Make sure the audience knows that there are strategies that can help
kids with dysphagia swallow more safely at breast such as positional
changes (prone feeding with mild head extension) (mom may need to lay
flat on her back for a baby with significant swallowing problems), and
mom can press on her breast to occlude several ducts to slow flow during
the MER.

Please cover Julie Cichero's work (PhD speech therapist, dysphagia
specialist) on rheological characteristics of barium vs infant foods.
The take-home message is that characteristics that determine swallowing
challenge are completely different between formulas, thickened formulas,
and the various barium mixtures, making VFSS a poorer guide about
textures that are safe for infants.
