Thanks for responding. I did not call CPS, since mom states she did take
baby to peds the next day after our first consult. Therefore I shared my
findings (assessment and plan) with the pedi. I had told the family if the
baby was not seen by a hcp, then I would have to call CPS. Thanks I will try
to contact her tomorrow, you are right about screening for PPD. I have some
idea of how to assess this, but do any of you use a quick triage-like tool?
